Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides oversight for Physicians of Oath’s strategic direction and ensures that its programs are well managed and consistent with the organization’s principles. The Board of Directors is expected to review and share medical material and new medical research; and educate members and the public about health care.
Board members are encouraged to spread the values of Physicians of Oath, recruit new members, and help with the organization’s fundraising. Physician Directors are also expected to travel to Physicians of Oath Medical Clinics and provide their medical expertise to the local population free of charge. Members of the board are not required to invest financially to become directors, but rather are required to invest their time and skills. Physicians of Oath Board of Directors convene for general annual business meetings.

International Advisory Board
Physicians of Oath established the International Advisory Board, a group of distinguished international business and community leaders, to extend its outreach and relevance to other countries and increase its ability to inform its members, public and policymakers about global medical developments. Members—who represent several countries, provide instrumental advice and diverse perspectives on developments in their own expertise, along with candid insights into how Canada, USA, India and its policies are received abroad and at home.
Membership on the International Advisory Board is by invitation only.
